All digital downloads are final sale.  

 

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

 

Physical Products (Apparel)  

 

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

• Items must be unused and in original condition  

 

• Items must be returned in original packaging  

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
